Terms and conditions of sale

What you buy, at what price, and on what terms.

Used components recovered from laptops, consoles, tablets, smartphones and other electronic equipment. Each component is identified by its own SKU, shown on its invoice.

3. Condition

Every listing states two grades:

functional — TF (fully working), TP (partly tested), NR (not tested) or AV (faulty, sold for parts or repair);
cosmetic — A, B or C.

An AV part always states its known defect. A TP part always states what was not verified. TekLop is responsible for the part corresponding exactly to its published description.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices include VAT at the rate in force. For customers with a VAT number in another Member State, validated in VIES, the sale is exempt under article 14 of the RITI and the VAT is removed from the price at payment.

5. Ordering and payment

The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. Multibanco, MB WAY and card are accepted. A part is held while payment completes; for reference-based methods the hold lasts 48 hours.

6. Delivery

Shipped by CTT to mainland Portugal, the islands and the European Union, at the rates shown in the basket before payment. Free above EUR 250. Indicative times are 2-5 working days in mainland Portugal and 5-15 working days in the European Union. Every order ships with a tracking number.

7. Guarantee

Three-year legal guarantee of conformity under Decreto-Lei 84/2021, running from delivery. It does not cover defects expressly declared in the listing, nor damage from incorrect installation, misuse or third-party intervention. See Guarantee and returns.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. See Guarantee and returns.

9. Installation

These components are intended for installation by a qualified technician. The safety warnings for each category appear on the product page.

11. Governing law

Portuguese law. The courts of the consumer's place of residence have

jurisdiction.

12. Extended Producer Responsibility — France (EPR/REP)

In accordance with articles L. 541-10-13 and R. 541-173 of the French

Environmental Code, TECLAOLADO, UNIPESSOAL LDA is registered for household packaging and graphic papers placed on the French market.
