Guarantee and returns

Withdrawal — 14 days

Under Decreto-Lei 24/2014 you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Email apoio@teklop.pt with your order number. The form at the end of this page is available but not required.

Once the part is returned, TekLop refunds everything you paid, including the cost of the cheapest delivery option offered, within 14 days of receiving the part or proof that it was sent. Return postage is the buyer's, unless the part did not match its description.

Return the part in the condition you received it, with the security seal intact. A broken seal does not prevent a return, but allows TekLop to deduct the loss of value caused by handling beyond what was needed to check the part.

Legal guarantee — 3 years

Decreto-Lei 84/2021. If a part does not conform to what was advertised you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation, in that order of preference where applicable. For the first 12 months the lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at delivery.

Not covered:

• defects expressly stated in the listing (an AV part is sold faulty);
• functions listed as unverified on a TP part;
• installation damage, corrosion, drops or third-party intervention.

How to claim

Email apoio@teklop.pt with the order number, the part's SKU and a description of the problem. TekLop replies within 15 working days at the latest.
