TekLop uses only necessary cookies and optional first-party analytics.
Strictly necessary — always on
- teklop_cart — keeps the basket for 30 days;
- teklop_customer_session — keeps the customer area signed in for 30 days, only when the customer signs in;
- teklop_promotion — keeps a promotion code requested by the customer for 30 days;
- teklop_consent_v2 — keeps the analytics choice for 180 days.
These cookies provide an expressly requested service or remember a refusal so we do not ask again. They do not depend on consent under article 5(2) of Portuguese Law 41/2004.
First-party analytics — optional
If allowed, teklop_analytics_session identifies a session for 30 minutes. We record only aggregatable journey stages (product, basket and checkout), SKU/category, language and an irreversible basket hash. We do not store IP address, browser, email, name, full URL or payment details.
The purpose is to measure conversion, abandonment and product and promotion performance. The legal basis is prior consent: article 5 of Portuguese Law 41/2004 and articles 6(1)(a) and 7 GDPR. Events are kept for no more than 13 months and deleted when consent is withdrawn. We do not use Google Analytics, social pixels, behavioural advertising or marketing cookies.
Choosing and withdrawing
On the first visit, “Allow analytics” and “Essential only” have equal prominence. Purchasing works exactly the same if you refuse. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the controls below; withdrawing is as easy as allowing.
